Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into your blender.
Add the pineapple chunks and coconut milk to the blender. If using fresh pineapple, add a handful of ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
Blend on low speed initially, then increase to high, blending for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness with honey or agave syrup if desired. Add lime juice for a refreshing twist.
