This Pecan Brittle Recipe combines sugar, corn syrup, and water cooked to a hard crack stage, then mixed with toasted pecans, butter, and flavorings. Baking soda is added at the end to create a light, crisp texture before the mixture is spread thin and cooled. The result is a golden, crunchy candy with rich caramel flavor and a perfect snap.

  • begins to prevent crystallization. Store in an airtight container to maintain
  • crispness. Humidity can make brittle sticky, so keep it in a dry place.Pecan Brittle Recipe
