Prepare the broth and butter: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. If adding vegetables or sausage, sauté them in the butter for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Mix the stuffing: In a large bowl, add the contents of the Mrs. Cubbison’s Stuffing Mix. Pour in the sautéed ingredients and chicken or vegetable broth, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer and bake: Pour the stuffing mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy. Serve warm.
