Tips for Making Apple Cider Glazed Doughnuts
1-Use fresh apple cider for a stronger, more natural fall flavor.2-Do not overmix the dough or the doughnuts may become dense instead of light and fluffy.3-Keep the oil around 350°F (175°C) for even frying and a golden exterior.4-Let the doughnuts cool slightly before glazing so the glaze stays on the surface.5-Adjust the glaze consistency with a little extra cider or powdered sugar as needed.6-Serve fresh for the softest texture and best flavor.
