  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp dill weed fresh or dried
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp paprika for extra flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven – Set oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Coat Crackers – Place oyster crackers in a large bowl, drizzle with oil or butter, and toss gently to coat.
  3. Add Seasonings – Sprinkle dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and optional paprika. Toss until evenly coated.

  4. Bake – Spread crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Cool & Store – Remove from oven, cool completely, and store in an airtight container up to one week.
