Ingredients

  • 1 kg Honey Gold potatoes baby potatoes
  • 2 –3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 –3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika optional
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Wash and dry the Honey Gold potatoes. Cut larger ones in half.
  3. In a large bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil (or butter), garlic, salt, pepper, and seasonings.
