Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar.
