Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Whisk the caster sugar and brown sugar into the chocolate mixture.
